Distributor Certificates for ProtectON — Natural Wood Plaques with Preserved-Moss Logo & Frosted Acrylic

A certificate doesn't have to be a sheet of paper in a frame. For a brand rooted in agriculture and plant protection, recognition can be something you'd actually want on the wall — natural wood, living-looking greenery and a clean printed plate that says exactly who earned it.

For ProtectON, we produced a set of custom distributor certificates that turn an official partnership into a tactile object: a shaped wooden plaque, the ProtectON mark filled with preserved moss, and a frosted acrylic certificate plate held on polished metal standoffs — personalised for each official distributor of the 2025|2026 season.

01 — The Brand & The Programme

Distributor Certificates That Look the Part for an Agri Brand

ProtectON is a plant-protection brand, and every year it recognises the partners who officially distribute its products. Instead of a printed diploma, the brief was a physical certificate that reflects what the company is about — growth, nature, the field — and that a distributor would be proud to display in a shop or office.

So the whole object leans into the brand's world: the logo isn't printed, it's grown in moss; the frame isn't card, it's solid wood. The formal certificate text still reads clearly on its own plate — but it arrives wrapped in the brand's natural identity.

The idea was simple: make the brand's core symbol — nature and protection — something you can literally touch, so the certificate feels less like paperwork and more like a keepsake.

02 — Design & Materials

Natural Wood. Preserved Moss. Frosted Acrylic.

Each certificate is built on a shaped natural wood plaque, its soft organic outline echoing the rounded form of the ProtectON logo. Into the wood, the brand mark is routed out and filled with preserved moss — the stabilised kind that keeps its fresh green colour and texture without any upkeep, giving every piece a living, botanical centrepiece.

The certificate itself sits on a frosted acrylic plate, printed with the ProtectON logo, the recipient's name and the official wording for the 2025|2026 season. The plate is raised off the wood on polished metal standoffs, so the text appears to float just above the grain — a clean, modern contrast to the natural materials behind it.

Every certificate is individually personalised: the distributor's name is printed on its own plate, so each partner receives a piece that's unmistakably theirs.

03 — Why It Works

Branding You Can Touch

The strength of this piece is that the material is the message. A plant-protection brand handing out a certificate built from wood and real greenery makes its values obvious without a single explanatory line — the object does the talking. The frosted plate keeps it credible and official; the moss and wood make it memorable.

It's also durable in the way that matters: preserved moss needs no water or light, so the certificate looks the same on the wall in a year as it did on presentation day.

The Result

A Certificate Partners Actually Want to Display

The finished set gives ProtectON a distributor certificate that carries the brand far beyond a printed page: natural, tactile and unmistakably on-message, while still doing the formal job of naming and dating each official partnership. Recognition that looks as good on the wall as it does in the hand.
