The item itself was terrific, I’m very happy to be able to give this as a corporate gift. The order process was challenging, however. The seller made a point of saying in her first message to me that to have the item shipped out and delivered when I needed it (for a corporate dinner party) that I should check her messages frequently and respond with changes or approvals as quickly as possible. But the seller herself took 48 hours at one point and then 24 hours at another point to respond to me. This was super frustrating and stressful as I got nearer to my deadline, which I had communicated to her even before I placed the order. It all worked out fine in the end, the item arrived in time, and it looks great. It just was a stressful process, so I don’t feel I can recommend with 5 stars.
