Once you have selected the item(s) you like, you can place your order directly through the website or contact our team for a custom quote via email info@takeawards.com, especially for larger or more complex orders. This initial step secures your items and gets your project into our system. Our team of managers will write you back with all information you need

Customize and Approve

This is the creative part where we bring your vision to life.

1. Submit Your Details: After your order is placed, you need to provide us with all the necessary customization details. This includes your logo in .AI/.PDF/.SVG or high quality .PNG file, the text for engraving (names, dates, award titles), and any other design preferences you have.
2. Receive Your Digital Proof: Our design team will take your materials and create a digital mockup (a "proof") of your award. This proof will show you exactly what the final product will look like, including text placement, logo sizing, and layout.
3. Review and Approve: We will email this proof to you for your review. It is crucial that you check this proof carefully for any errors in spelling, dates, or design.
   • If it's perfect, you simply reply with your approval.
   • If you need changes, you let us know, and we will revise the proof and send it back to you.

Production will not begin until we have received your final, written approval of the proof.

Wait for Delivery

Once you have approved the design, your order moves into the production phase. Our skilled team will craft and engrave your awards according to the exact specifications of the proof you approved. After a final quality check, your order will be professionally packaged and shipped to your address.

Production time usually takes from 3 to 5 business days and shipping time takes from 7 to 10 business days.

We will provide you with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
