Mannington Commercial — three-format recognition system 2025

When a recognition program has multiple tiers — different achievements, different audiences, different weight — the awards need to reflect that hierarchy clearly. For Mannington Commercial's 2025 recognition program, we designed and produced a complete three-format award system, each piece distinct in material and form, all unified by the same brand and craft standard.
Chairman's Club plaques. Region of the Year trophies. Stretch Award Winner medals. Three formats, one cohesive identity, individually personalized for every recipient across the full batch.
01 — The Program
A Three-Tier Recognition System for Mannington Commercial
Mannington Commercial is one of the leading names in commercial flooring in the United States. Their annual recognition program honors top performers across multiple categories — from district managers and sales agents to regional teams — and the awards needed to carry that seniority.
The brief called for a complete system: not just one award, but three distinct formats that could exist together on a table and immediately communicate which achievement each one represents.
When an award system has tiers, the design needs to do the work of communicating that hierarchy before anyone reads a single word. Material weight, form, and scale all carry meaning.

Natural Oak, White Acrylic, Clear Acrylic — Each Format Has Its Own Logic
The material choices across the three formats were deliberate. Natural oak is the consistent thread — warm, tactile, and premium without being loud. It anchors all three award types and creates visual family resemblance across the system.
The Chairman's Club plaques use a solid oak block with a star shape cut through the full depth of the wood, backed by a clear acrylic panel. The recipient's name, title, and program details are printed on the acrylic — visible through the star, framed by the solid wood grain around it. The effect is layered and dimensional.
The Region of the Year trophy takes a different approach: a white acrylic panel sits in a vertical oak frame with a cut-out star that reveals the wood behind it. The format is taller and more formal, designed to read as the senior award in the set.
The Stretch Award medals use a round plywood frame with a clear acrylic disc inside — laser-engraved with the Mannington Commercial logo and 2025. Compact, wearable, and immediately readable. A different object entirely, but made from the same material family.
One Brand. One Batch. Every Piece Personalized.
The scale of this project required consistent production quality across three different formats and a large number of individual recipients — each with their own name, title, and in some cases, region or year combination.
04 — Result
A Complete Award System That Works as a Set
The finished Mannington Commercial 2025 recognition program included Chairman's Club plaques, Region of the Year trophies, and Stretch Award medals — all delivered ready for ceremony presentation. Each piece personalized, each format consistent in quality, all three forming a coherent visual system on the recognition stage.
Who This Works For
Multi-Tier Recognition Programs at Any Scale
This project demonstrates what's possible when a recognition program is designed as a complete system rather than a single award. If your annual program includes multiple achievement levels, different recipient categories, or a mix of individual and team recognition — a unified award family makes the whole ceremony feel intentional.
- Annual sales and performance recognition programs
- National and regional awards with multiple tiers
- Chairman's Club, President's Club, and similar elite programs
- Corporate partner and dealer recognition systems
- Industry conferences with award categories across divisions
We handle the full scope — design, personalization data, production, and delivery — so your team receives a finished, ceremony-ready batch without managing the production process.
